This project primarily manufactures PAC (Photoacid Generator) photosensitizer for display panel (FPD) and semiconductor g/i-line photoresists, along with other related electronic chemical materials. The specialized PAC photosensitizer serves as a critical raw material for display and semiconductor g/i-line photoresists, providing core material supply assurance to downstream photoresist manufacturers.
